When I was a very young I discover that one of my strengths is being creative and I decided to attend the art school.
Afterwards I followed my passion and I got involved in setting up designs.
Besides working as a set up designer, I worked in the gastronomy industry.At that time I didn't know that I was literally founding the base of my actual passion.
After I got my first job in Europe, I moved to Italy to organise a photo production and collaborate as consultant stylist for Liberti SPA. With my new life in Italy, I begin to get more curious about gastronomy , so I decide to increase my knowledge in that area. So I started to get involved with becoming a Sommelier and Pastry Chef.
After some years of gaining knowledge in the fashion industry, I decided to leave Italy and dedicate myself to my new passion.
I follow this passion deeply since then...
My last job was one of the best working experiences, as I had the opportunity to worked for a few years in Design Hotels in this new concept "pop up bohemian luxury " , where I increase my knowledge in hospital management and catering.
During the last fourteen years working in gastronomy I discovered that gastronomy is a way of living, you never finish to discover, taste, experiment and research. This is what I love about it.
Thanks to all this years of experience in this sector, I became a restaurant consultant and I decided to found my Company Old Forks.
